Camera Work Photography Gallery - Elliott Erwitt Exhibition

Are you a lover of modern photography? Don’t miss Berlin’s Camera Work – a gallery, an exhibition space, and the place for a photography aficionado to know
The busy Kantstrasse around Berlin’s most iconic train station – Zoo – is not only a good address for stylish bars, but also a home to many interior and design shops and showroom. The nearby Savignyplatz with its cafés, bars and sophisticated boutiques is a cultural middle of the classy Charlottenburg.
In this very authentic old-Berlin setting between history and future dwells, hidden in a beautiful backyard, Camera Work – Berlin’s best address for world-class photography.

Camera Work (Exhibition »Anton Corbijn: Inwards and Onwards«)

Being the first art dealer to go public, Camera Work offers a breath-taking collection of classic and modern photography. The gallery’s own, large collection holds some of most valuable artworks by such icons as – to name a few – Irving Penn, Herb Ritts, Peter Lindbergh, Diane Arbus, Helmut Newton, Richard Avedon, Peter Beard. Camera Work helped discover and promote promising talents such as Esther Haase, Jim Rakete, Ralph Mecke, David Drebin, or Martin Schoeller.
Camera Work is a temple for connoisseurs and emerging photography lovers alike. Limited edition prints and selected photography books make for a wide range of possible art collection “investments”. Invitation-only opening events gather the crème de la crème of Berlin’s art scene, while following themed exhibitions are admission-free.
The upcoming exhibition with signed works by Elliott Erwitt starts October 13th. The Camera Work gallery is located Kantstraße 149, 10623 Berlin, opening hours: Tue to Sat, 11 a.m. – 6 p.m.
